Post-Eden Shepherds and Farmers probably wore clothes! :-)

(((As an Art College Alum, I have many memories about “Life Drawing Class”. I remember thinking that the studio was rather chilly, and expressed my concern to the models. They didn’t seem to care. It was a gig, after all.)))

Drawing the human form is very difficult, and so, artists love to show off their skill by painting nudes. Sometimes, though, it doesn’t fit the story they are trying to depict.

Just Sayin’. Not trying to be fresh.

I was an architecture major in the USC College of Architecture and Fine Arts, and we 18-year-olds used to take a gander at the nude models in the Fine Arts quad. It was SoCal, so they held the class outdoors.

I was surprised how often a jawbone was chosen as Cain’s weapon.

ONLY ‘true on our knees’ repentance and a widespread calling out to Jesus Yeshua God in faith, will bring revival, and save our republic.

Saving our republic will only ever be a byproduct of God's primary goal of revival.

I do have a favorite…which isn’t easy since the theme creates so much similarity in the treatment of the subject…but my eye keeps coming back to the Titian. And I cannot really say why, but perhaps there is more movement in what is essentially a still pic of an action subject.

I suppose being an artists’ model is much easier in Southern California than it is in Boston, MA. :-)

And, they might get discovered by Hollywood.

I was thinking the same thing....need clothes, even if they are only one generation away from the Garden of Eden.

Amazing how fast man fell. Walking with God in the first generation. Slaying your brother in the second generation.
